Subject to approval by the Company’s board of directors and the terms of the Company’s equity incentive plan and your individual grant agreement, you will be recommended for an equity grant of . Any such grant will be governed solely by the applicable plan and grant documents, including vesting provisions.

Your employment with the Company is “at will.” This means that either you or the Company may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Nothing in this letter or any Company policy creates a contract of employment for any specific duration or limits the at-will nature of your employment. The at-will relationship may only be modified by a written agreement signed by you and an authorized officer of the Company.
This letter, together with the agreements referenced above, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the terms of your employment and supersedes any prior offers, representations, or understandings, whether oral or written. This letter is governed by the laws of the State of TX.
