This firm letter is sent on behalf of Galaxy Holdings, a TX LLC located at (the “Company”), regarding amounts that are now due and owing from you to the Company. Please read this letter carefully, as it affects your legal rights.
The Company is owed in connection with the following matter (the “Obligation”):
Despite the Company’s prior efforts to resolve this matter, the Obligation remains unpaid as of the date of this letter. The amount demanded reflects the outstanding principal and any accrued interest, fees, and costs permitted under the parties’ agreement or applicable law.

The Company hereby demands payment in full of on or before (the “Deadline”). Payment should be made by the method and to the account previously provided by the Company, or as the Company may otherwise direct in writing. If you dispute all or part of the Obligation, you must notify the Company in writing, with supporting documentation, before the Deadline.
If full payment or a written response is not received by the Deadline, the Company intends to pursue all available legal and equitable remedies without further notice. Those remedies may include, without limitation, (a) commencing litigation to recover the Obligation together with interest, attorneys’ fees, and court costs to the extent recoverable under TX law or the parties’ agreement; (b) reporting the delinquency to credit reporting agencies where permitted; and (c) referring the matter to a collection agency or counsel for enforcement.
Nothing in this letter constitutes a waiver of, or an election among, any of the Company’s rights or remedies, all of which are expressly reserved. The Company’s acceptance of any partial payment shall not constitute an accord and satisfaction or a waiver of the Company’s right to demand and collect the balance of the Obligation. This letter is not intended to be, and shall not be construed as, a complete statement of the facts or law relating to this matter.
The Company would prefer to resolve this matter amicably and without litigation. If you wish to discuss payment arrangements or believe there has been an error, please contact the undersigned promptly at or before the Deadline.
