The Employee acknowledges receiving a copy of the Company’s Employee Handbook, version (the “Handbook”). The Employee understands that the Handbook contains important information about the Company’s policies, procedures, benefits, and expectations.
The Employee agrees to read the Handbook carefully, to ask the Company’s Human Resources contact about anything that is unclear, and to comply with all of its policies. The Employee understands that it is their responsibility to remain familiar with the current version of the Handbook and that compliance is a condition of continued employment.

The Employee understands that the Handbook is a general guide and is not a contract of employment or a guarantee of any term, benefit, or condition of employment. The Company may add to, modify, suspend, or rescind any policy or provision of the Handbook at any time, with or without notice, except for the at-will employment policy described below.
The Employee acknowledges that employment with the Company is at will. This means that either the Employee or the Company may end the employment relationship at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without cause and with or without notice. No statement in the Handbook, and no representation by any Company representative, alters the at-will relationship unless set out in a written agreement signed by an authorized officer of the Company.
